Update: 12/26. The new update seems to fix the issue. Finger crossed. I hope more configurations for different type of bus notification. Update: 11/21. I lost all favorite buses again. Original: Somehow the app doesn't remember my favorite. I spent time adding those buses and now they are all gone

That sounds like a bug! What actions are you taking to favourite a bus? After you star it under All Buses, do you see it on the My Buses tab? Are you scrolling the all buses list or using the search/filters? What is your App Serial Code? Update: We've released an update to the app to address this issue. Please update the app! Thank you.

Push notifications work but the app itself won't open. Just get a blank screen. The old app was much better! I'm not sure why a whole new app was needed vs just updating the old one, its not like the ui, the info shown changed or there are any new features.

Never get notifications but they're turned on. Even switched from iPhone to android. There's a bug in the app that needs to be fixed so we don't get a nasty surprise at 3pm when my kid is stranded at school!! Safety issue :(
